UEFA dan Seydiler Spor Haberi

Sorry, SeydilersporIn other tales of defeat and humiliation, Turkish Under-16 side Yolspor have apologised to Seydilerspor for beating them. Having beaten their opponents 25-0 earlier in the season, top-of-the table Yolspor pledged to go easy on them in the return leg. Seydilerspor goalkeeper Gökhan Onur said: "They promised not to score too many." However, that was not to be the case. Yolspor won 27-0, prompting club official Mehmet Biyikli to beg forgiveness. "Seydilerspor are right to blame us," he said. "We fielded a reserve side but we could not stop the guys." Meanwhile in Spain, Getafe CF goalkeeper Javier Sánchez Broto is raiding his piggy bank after making a rash promise ahead of his side's weekend tie against FC Barcelona. The No1 was so confident of victory that he pledged to give away 5,000 pairs of goalkeeping gloves from his own sports shop, if his side lost. Deco took up the challenge for Barça saying: "Of course I will take him on - we need to win the game." The Catalans duly won 2-0, leaving Broto severely out of pocket, although he has promised to distribute all the gloves to good homes in the next month.
